This article describes how to enable the FTP Backup service.
Solution
NOTE: Before enabling the FTP Backup service, make sure no other services are running on the default port 21, or the port set for the service's listener.
To enable the FTP Backup service:
1. Log into the webadmin interface using the "admin" account.
2. Go to the "Services" context.
3. Select the "Services Management" page.
4. Click the "Start" button next to the "FTP Backup & Restore" service.
NOTE: You will also need to configure the listener for the service if you need to connect from a different location than the local system.
