Solution
In this article we shall define a rule for adding a recipient to all outgoing messages.
NOTE:
Such an action will be transparent from the user point of view
This rule can also act as a backup mechanism since all incoming messages will be delivered (stored) in the extra recipient's mailbox.
In order to define this rule login to the Webadmin interface and go to Security & Filtering -> Acceptance & Routing -> Advanced Settings tab and add a new rule:

- Type a name for this rule.
- In the Conditions area select: Recipient - Domain is local - and do not check this option
- In the Actions area select: Recipients - Add recipient - type the email address of the extra recipient.
