How to Apply Outlook Connector Patch

This article explains the steps necessary to apply Outlook Connecter patch

Solution

Follow the steps listed below in order to apply Outlook Connector patch:

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32 for 32 C:\Windows\SysWOW6 for 64 bit Windows
Rename the "axiolk32.dll" file that you have at this moment (e.g. axiolk32.dll.orig)
Rename or remove the old PST cache file used by the Outlook Connector
Delete and re-create the Outlook profile where the Axigen Outlook Connector account is defined

Note: Outlook client must be in a stopped state when the "axiolk32.dll" file is replaced.
