This article explains how to change a specific recipient address. After performing this modification, the email will be delivered only to the new recipient.
Solution
To accomplish this you will have to create the following Acceptance & Routing rule:
1)Log into the Webadmin interface, using the "admin" account.
2) Go to "Security & Filtering".
3) Select "Acceptance & Routing".
4) Go to the "Advanced Settings" tab.
5) Click on "Add acceptance / routing rule".
6) Assign a name to the rule in the "Name" field.
7) In the "Conditions" section, select: "Recipient" -> "Email".
8) Click the "Add condition" button.
9) Select the "Is" option and enter the account name you require substitution for.
10) In the "Actions" section, select: "Recipients" -> "Change recipient".
11) Click the "Add action" button.
12) In the "Name" field enter the new recipient account. Leave the "Folder" field empty.
13) Click the "Save Configuration" button.
