How to control Read Receipt actions via WebMail
Solution
Starting with the 6.2.x version, AXIGEN implements a new Read Receipt Actions functionality available for usage at the account level via the WebMail interface.
This function is available for later releases such as the 7.x branch too.
Choosing to request a read receipt is available for access directly from the composition window by selecting the Request Read Receipt option.
For configuring this option as a default setting when composing new messages, you should access the Settings option -> WebMail Data section, and set the Request read receipt attribute to Yes.
