How to Import Windows Address Book Contents into AXIGEN WebMail

First, you need to export the existing address book from your workstation. To do this, open the 'Address Book' utility (Start, Programs, Accessories, Address Book). After the 'Address Book' application opens, go to File, Export, Other Address Book.... From the list of export types, choose Text file (Comma Separated Values).
