How do we find the log file for the Windows version of the Axigen Mail Server service ?

Solution

To save the system log file for the Axigen service please follow the steps outlined below:

- Open Control Panel.
- Open Administrative Tools.
- Open Event Viewer.
- Right-click the Axigen Mail Server entry from the category tree found in the left pane.
- Select the "Save log file as..." option.
- Set the file type to "Text (tab delimited)" and save the log file.
