To upgrade from Axigen X3 to Axigen X3 Update 1, please follow the steps below:

Download the corresponding package from our downloads section: https://www.axigen.com/mail-server/download/
Stop the Axigen service.
Create a backup of the Axigen working directory using the suggestions in our related knowledge base article: https://www.axigen.com/kb/show/158

Please note that the downloaded Axigen X3 Update 1 (10.3.1) package is an installer. Run the installer and follow the on-screen installer instructions to complete the upgrade process.
Start the Axigen service.
