This article provides step by step information on how to enable automatic e-mail delivery for mailing lists.
Solution
By default, the mailing lists defined in Axigen will require the list Administrator to approve or disapprove any message sent to the list, before it will be propagated to the list user's addresses.
To change this default behavior and enable automatic delivery to all users, the following changes are required:
1. In the webadmin interface, log in as the "admin" user.
2. Select the "Domains & Accounts" context.
3. Select the "Mailing Lists" page from the menu.
4. Click the "Edit" button next to the mailing list you want to set up.
5. On the " Subscription and posting" tab, go to the "Message posting" section
6. Change "Require moderation for" drop-down box to "Messages from non-subscribers".
NOTE: If you want to completely remove moderation, you need to un-check the moderation option above.
7. Click the "Save Configuration" button to make the changes permanent.
