All user messages are delivered into the "Trash" folder instead of their "Inbox".
Solution
This behavior is generated because the spam tolerance levels are set too low.
In the webadmin interface, go to the "Security & Filtering" context and select "AntiVirus and AntiSpam". Select the "AntiSpam Configuration" tab and go to the "Spam Thresholds" section.
The closer the sliders are to the green colored area, the more messages will be delivered to the trash folder. If too many legitimate messages get delivered into the trash folder, move the sliders towards the red colored area and save the configuration.
WARNING: Setting the sliders to the left-most position will deliver ALL messages to the trash folder.
