Authentication Failed on rpop

I am facing the current issue: I am hosting a webserver service on zoho on my small bussiness. There i got 4 mailboxes ( one is my gmail which is the admin domain) however zoho doesnt give me the option to share folders or emails with the mailboxes with each other so inside my intranet i made a mailserver with axigen that fetches all the mails from zoho and there i can share folders etc. Lately i am facing this issue however when im trying to retrieve emails on one of the identical mailboxes to axigen and zoho correspondingly.

With a fresh installation my 3 mailboxes succesfully fetched email via rpop from zoho, 2 of them are still working as intended. However, the one with the biggest load of emails, after fetching around 9k emails, it said authentication failed after checking zoho as well, using specific app passowords too it should be working as well but it shows the authentication error as a result upon running the connection to rpop. Without changing anything on the configs. Also the size limit is nowhere to full.

Problem solved

It was delegation error due to mail provider.

I am currently facing another issue,

It appears I cannot send emails from my axigen, neither I can configure my Zoho to handle the smtp outgoing messages.
here is the SMTP sending and everything LOG with full access control.

I also tried to configure domain specific for my 3 mailboxes the smtp relay it doesnt seem to work.

I use axigen’s self signe certs and the listereners are also added with secure ssl.
