Axigen and Exchange ActiveSync

Hi all,

I would like to have some accounts with Exchange ActiveSync protocol.

I have enabled ActiveSync in Mobility & Sync, at the domain level and account level; however, when I try to add the premium account with ActiveSync on my Android phone with the Exchange ActiveSync protocol, I get a message “Cannot connect to server.”

Settings:

Exchange server: mail.mydomain.tld
SSL: Yes
Port: 443

The email client that I use is Bluemail.

Does the Exchange ActiveSync protocol require autodiscovery to work?

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue?

Hello Martin,

If you have at least one ActiveSync add-on enabled for your license you should also have a support agrement with us so my advice is to contact us via the dedicated support channel in order to let us check your setup and the server logs associated with the HTTP requests from the mobile device where the mail client was configured.
