Hi,
I’m new to Axigen, and am administering a newly-configured mail server. Recently, I seem to have gotten Bitdefender stuck (in the filters of each of my domains) in the “Enabled (read only)” state on my email server (using the free license; I will be paying for a license later this month, but can’t for the moment).
Can someone help me figure out where/how to disable this, so my domain users are able to send and receive email again? It’s causing emails to get stuck in my queue with a processing error.
