How to cancel email address with axigen so I can use different provider

Hi,

Since yesterday I have trouble sending and receiving emails. I keep getting error code: The response from the remote server was:

550 5.7.1 User not found

I can’t seem to figure it out and I would like to cancel my email address with axigen (using the free option) so I can connect it to my domain with a different provider. I have sent an email but because I do not have the code they won’t receive it. I also have not found anything on their website.

Any help is much appreciated.
