I have configured the SSL certificate according to the process and can send emails normally, but I cannot receive any emails. All services display as normal
I like to start with the simple things first:
- Does the server IP address match the MX record?
- Have you tried a simple Telnet SMTP test to see if you can make a connection to the server? If it works from internal to your network, do you get the same thing when testing from external?
- If that works, do you have any SMTP logs?
I am sure that the IP address matches the MX record, and I currently have two internal accounts that can send and receive emails normally between them. External emails cannot be sent to my email server, so I am not sure what log files you need. I have sent you the SMTP Receiving, SMTP Sending, and default.txt files

You may try the following KB if you may think that the connections are from old mail servers.
In case you still have receiving issues (have you tried to send a message from Gmail to your server?) than please set the log level to Protocol Communication for SMTP Receiving service and share the smtpreceive logs.
Another thing: maybe you could also share your axigen.cfg file so we could see how your :25 listener is configured.
Lastly, maybe you could share here the public IP you have set as MX for your test domain so we could test from our side as well.

How can I find the axigen.cfg file? I adjusted the log to protocol mode and resend the email, but there was no log increase. I followed the link above to reset SSL, but it did not take effect,
