Install Axigen on Win 10 21h2 on Hyper-V

Hello,
I read the topic on Win 10 20h2 problem and you ask to stop firewall I do but:
-First Install finish and configuration terminate but on reboot Axigen service refuse start.

I uninstall and try to reinstall and never i can finish install :
-stop defender
-stop firewall
-stop UAC

and allways i got the same error “can’t start service” when it try to start Axigen service

I’m on Win 10 21h2 on my Hyper-V host, on Win 10 21h2 on my VM both are up to date.

Some one can help me?

Thank you for your message.

In order to better understand this behavior please make sure the Axigen service is stopped from Task Manager > Services and afterwards please run as Administrator Command Prompt (CMD) and execute the below commands:
cd C:\Program Files\Axigen Mail Server\bin
axigen --console

Sorry i write a mistake “and allways i got the same error “can’t start service” when it try to start Axigen service”

Now i can’t finish Axigen reinstall so i can’t try your answer.

Thank you for your response.

Please know that we could try to investigate the cause for both cases, but on the same time we could try to solve them by fixing the most probable cause in this situation.
Therefore please make sure that Axigen can use up to 2GB RAM.
Please keep us posted.
