Hi, Is there a way to list only flagged items in the email inbox list please? It’s probably obvious, but I can’t work out how to do it?

I could imagine that you are reffering to the WebMail interface and this is why my answer is for it.
There is no options to show you each time you have logged in only your flagged messages from Inbox but you could search for them.
And into the latest 10.3.3 version you may enter the following search string for the same result:
is:follow-up in:(INBOX)
