Migrating email from another platform seems to limit to 4000 messages per folder

Migrating email from another platform seems to limit to 4000 messages per folder. How do I get all the email when there are 28000 messages in the inbox on the original email server. Can’t seem to find where this 4000 message issue is coming from. This is at command line being done.

Migrating INBOX
4000 to migrate
Migrating email id 34037328
Migrating Sent
4000 to migrate

The sent has a lot more as well. But won’t pull anything. I did on the source email server delete a bunch of emails and that allowed additional ones to come over.

Thank you for any help. Yes I have googled and searched through the interface looking for something. If it can’t be done it is a show stopper.

Could you please provide the full migration logs - or at least something similar with what you will see below?

We definitely need to know how many messages the “original” email server is responding that exists when our imap based migration client is executing the select <folder> comand - like below:

where we could see that on the “original” server there were reported to exists 129 messages.

Also, could you please let us know:
o Axigen server version (and the OS name and version on which is it running)
o The email server name and version from which you are trying to migrate from
