On linux server upgrade from 10.0 to latest stable version

Hi,

Right now I am using Axigen server version: 10.0.0 (Linux/x64)
We want to upgrade our version to some stable version please recommend the steps to do that, all servers are in production, so we need a tested procedure to do this activity to minimize the risk.
