Procedure for mailbox repair

I have a user who is stating that after upgrading their iPad and reconnecting their Apple Mail apps to Axigen, their mailbox is now showing signs of corruption and mails being received on one device are disappearing on others, etc. It appears there is some corruption in their Inbox folder for their account.

I’ve performed mailbox repair on other systems before and it is generally trivial. But I am having a hard time finding any documentation or tutorial for Axigen for this. There are some old (ie. 2007) articles showing Telnet’ing to the server, but that doesn’t seem possible with newer versions. We are running 10.3.3.62 on the server.

Thanks for any pointers for documentation to fix this.

Hello,

Please use the following KB that is explaining the REPAIR procedure.

Off course, you will need to telnet to the server  (more specifically, you have to login and execute commands through the server’s CLI interface, so if you have other listeners for it, use any of them you have access to)

HTH,
