Hi everyone,
I installed Axigen 10.3.3.53 on a Ubuntu 20.04LTS virtual server. Axigen has been running on it for over a year without any notable problems. However, I have now tried 3 times to go to X4, which unfortunately ended in the same problem each time: The upgrade to X4 works without any problems, except that I get a warning during the upgrade that the Webmail folder cannot be deleted because there is still content in it located. I always deleted this manually under /var/opt/axigen. However, with all the versions I upgraded to (10.4.1, 10.4.2, 10.4.4), a serious problem arose, after about 5 hours of running time on version X4, my queue filled up with unprocessed mails, it was always there “in processed” there, it affected test mails like incoming mails. If I looked under Security to see if Spamassassin, Clamav and TNEF were working, I was always shown “Could not connect” for all 3. I couldn’t fix this even if I restarted the individual processes on the server. Spamassassin and Clamav didn’t connect until I turned off TNEF. Then I looked at the logs in the webadmin, which didn’t record anything about the TNEF. Now the question, do I have a configuration problem here or is this a problem of the TNEF? I have the same config as in 10.3.3.53, nothing changed.
