Can my website work integrated with Axigen? For example, after the customer makes a payment with a credit card from my website, can we create a domain in Axigen and automatically send the webadmin login information to the customer via e-mail?

You may use the PHP API module to obtain the desired behaviour (for example to create the domain and administrative account with the permissions for that domain):
