I get such message even that quota is not full. Not able to send emails with attachment.

You have exceeded your allocated disk space.
Free up some space by deleting some of your older messages.

You are using 1.7GB of your 2.0GB mailbox
You are connected to Axigen Mail Server version 10.3.3.57.0

Can you provide us the output of below CLI commands for the affected account:

<#> update domain DOMAIN_NAME
<domain#> findinvalidmsg AFFECTED_ACCOUNT details
