This article explains the steps necessary to set the maximum log level for the Back-up & Restore service.
Solution
From the WebAdmin interface, follow the steps below:
For Axigen Mail Server up to 7.2.1 release version:

- Set the general log level if you haven't already.
- Go to the "Back-up & Restore" context (left side).
- In the "Logging" section make sure the slider is in the right-most position.
- Click the "Save Configuration" button (bottom of the page).

- Go to the "Back-up & Restore" context (left side).
- Select the "FTP Back-up & Restore" item
- In the "Logging" section make sure the slider is in the right-most position.
- Click the "Save Configuration" button (bottom of the page).
