This article walks you through the steps necessary to set the maximum log level for the WebMail service.
Solution
Log into the WebAdmin interface and follow the steps below:
- Set the general log level, for all services, if you haven't done that already. See here how to set the general log level
- Go to the Services → WebMail context (left side).
- In the Logging section, make sure the Log Level slider is in the right-most position (Protocol communication).
- Click the Save Configuration button (bottom of the page).
